Agent (Voiceover & Commercial)

Growing up in Newport, South Wales, Shelby dreamed of becoming a policewoman and playing the long arm of the law. But after being cast as Tessie in a local production of Annie, Shelby discovered that the world of acting could take her to destinations and give her experiences that policework simply couldn’t match. Shelby traded the Welsh hills for London and started her training at Mountview.

Shelby thought hard on this life decision years later, when calling out Bingo numbers on a cruise ship – one of the many additional responsibilities bestowed upon Shelby when performing as a singer/dancer on said cruise ship. 

When Covid hit and tour leading in Russia (yes, that’s right another one of those additional responsibilities - always read the small print, people) came to a halt, Shelby decided to pivot into the wonderful world of agenting, where she discovered the delights and necessities of a daily coffee. 

Shelby is now an experienced voiceover agent with a keen ear for talent and a deep understanding of the industry, joining Narrow Road in 2023 to run both our Voiceover & Commercial lists.
