In a desperate attempt to keep an eye on his wayward son, Richard decided to employ James at Narrow Road at the tender age of 18. Learning the business from the ground up, 23 years later James is now Director/Agent extraoadinaire, as well as holding the revered title for most cups of tea consumed within a calendar year at Narrow Road.
